Ginevra Fiorentini
Founder and Director of Presenza.
Ginevra was born in Rome, Italy in 1985 and at a young age moved to Berlin, Germany to pursue her growing interest in contemporary art. After graduating in History of Art and Anthropology at Freie Universitaet Berlin, Germany, Ginevra has worked for a range of art galleries including Galerie Karsten Greve in Cologne and Paris, and Nature Morte Gallery in New Delhi. As a daughter of an art dealer she has been exposed to the insides of the art market from a very young age. Sceptical about many of the art markets’ volatile regulations she decided to be taking part of it indirectly, observing and supporting many young artists. Meanwhile Ginevra has spent 7 years as associate director at leading arts communication consultancy Reiber PR in London, responsible for directing major international campaigns for prestigious art institutions. Based in London for more than 8 years this passion has transformed into a mission in making the discovery of contemporary emerging art accessible to everyone.
